Hello (sorry for my english). I have a 1995 Savage. Very nice bike !!! I had some problems with the starter, but I discovered that last owner doesnīt have idea of what the solenoid was.
I have just taken out it and it works fine !!! It needs to be adjusted. I donīt like the sound of the starter......I can see in this site that it is very common to hear those horrible sounds !!! I tested the positive signal that come to the solenoid and it lasts only half second. IS IT OK ?.....only to make the starterīs work easyer at the moment of the start...
